02 / DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Ring Ring AI provides AI-powered phone answering services for businesses, including:

- —Appointment scheduling and management
- —Call analytics and reporting
- —Phone number provisioning
03 / ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use the Service, you must:
- —Register for an account with accurate and complete information
- —Be at least 18 years of age
- —Maintain the security of your account credentials
- —Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
04 / SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Your subscription will be billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Each subscription plan includes a specific number of call minutes per month. Exceeding your allocated minutes may result in additional charges or service limitations.
05 / ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service to:

- —Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- —Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- —Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications

06 / AI RECEPTIONIST CONFIGURATION
You are responsible for configuring your AI receptionist appropriately for your business:
- —Providing accurate business information
- —Setting appropriate greeting and response instructions
- —Configuring correct business hours and availability
- —Ensuring your receptionist complies with applicable regulations
07 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ring Ring AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service. You grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.
08 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Service integrates with third-party services including telephony providers, payment processors, and AI services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
09 / DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RING RING AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11 / INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ring Ring AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12 / TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13 / GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
14 / CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
